Planning Permission, Advice and Guidance

We can support you with your planning application providing you with any necessary elevation drawings. Our team of experts can talk you through the process of design and give general advice regarding groundworks that you may need completing prior to the build.

What are your delivery options?

Prestige Timber Stables can deliver across the UK and Ireland as well as mainland Europe.
In most cases we deliver and install our structures, however there is a delivery only service available should you wish to self-assemble. Please feel free to speak to one of our consultants for further information.

Do I need planning permission for my build?

We would strongly suggest that prior to embarking on any build that you contact your local council. Your local council will provide you with some useful advice and doing this may save you some substantial time and money further down the line. Where we may be unable to give you the advice a planning consultant can we are available throughout your project to help.
Planning permission can take up to 8 weeks and longer in some cases.

How do I get planning permission?

Contact your local council and they will provide you with the relevant forms and documentation you will need to proceed. You will need a scaled site plan which you will need to clearly mark out the position of your new build and several copies of your elevated drawings. You will also be required to pay on submission of your application to the council.

How long will my build last?

All our structures are built to be robust and withstand all weather conditions. With regular upkeep and maintenance of your structure there is no reason they should not last in excess of 20 years.

What is your lead time?

Lead times can vary throughout the year. We will always endeavour to provide you with the earliest possible lead time we can. All our structures are hand crafted and manufactured to ensure the upmost quality.

How do I order?

Should you wish to place an order with ourselves simply contact our office where your order will be processed by one of our professional consultants. You will be sent an order form to complete that will display our terms and conditions in respect to the order. Once we get the signed copy of the order form back, we handle the rest!

How do I pay? Is there a deposit?

All orders require a deposit. The deposit is calculated as one third of the total order value and is requested up on receipt of the completed order form. Payments can be received by bank transfer or any major credit or debit card.
